All merchandise travels at the client risk, client can request to activate the product insurance (payment rate), but does not relieve us the responsibility to send the material properly packaged. 
We draw your attention to the fact that:
Your order will be sent by registered mail, the carrier is responsible for delivering the package on delivery time and under appropriate conditions.
Very important, when you receive the goods, you should check the status of the package must not be torn, broken, wet, squashed or with signs of having been opened, you must complain in writing to the carrier at the time!
If in doubt we advise you to check the status of the material in the presence of the carrier representative, require that the damage is described in the transport document, just so you can complain to the carrier.
We are not responsible for damaged goods caused by shipping.
We accept returns within max. 15 working days after receipt of the item (except w / special order) and proceeded to refund after we verify the proper functioning.
Do not accept returns of products for which we do not have the technical capability to test, eg. electronic boards. All returns will be refused if the customer send them to the collection.
The amount paid for the equipment will be returned within 15 working days and bank transfer.
Complaints will only be accepted within 8 days after the date of receipt of the article. The item must be shipped with its original packaging, accessories, instructions in perfect condition. All equipment returned with signs of use does not accept their return.

New parts (not electronic) are warranted for two years from the date of billing (special order upon request).
Electronic boards or electronic controllers do not have any type of guarantee (see the description of the product).
New devices have manufacturer's warranty, usually two years or more (see product description) New remote controls are warranted 2 Years (special order on request). Refurbished remote control, please see the product description.
Complaints will only be accepted within 8 days after the date of receipt of the article. 
Reconditioned parts or equipment do not have any kind of warranty if that is not mentioned in the item description.
Under the obligation imposed by Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, in case of dispute, the consumer may resort to the following Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity Consumer disputes:
