We ship orders to: worldwide only prepaid, except Portugal, Spain, France and Germany.
Shipping to outside the European Union: For Example Brazil, Angola, USA, Russia. Maximum items up to 2kg. For shipments exceed 2kg, please contact us
Delivery time:
Portugal usually 1-4 days.
European Union: Usually within 7 working days (except Italy, Greece sometimes more than 15 days).
Exterior for exemple, Brazil and Australia, usually within 15 to 20 working days (not counting the custom-house checks of each country)

We draw your attention to the fact that:
If the product you bought is fragile (eg, remote control or circuit board) this is purposefully packed in a cardboard box.
When you receive the goods, you should check the package status must not be torn, broken, wet, squashed , smashed or with signs of having been opened, you should complain in writing to the carrier at the moment! Your order has been sent by registered mail, so the carrier is responsible for delivering the package on time delivery and under appropriate conditions.
If in doubt advise you to check material status in the presence of the carrier representative, require that the damage is described in the transport document, just so you can complain to the carrier.
Sometimes the packaging may show signs of having been opened, because it may have been verified by Customs Authorities of the destination country, but this is usually alerted to that fact with a Customs sticker.
We are not responsible for damaged goods caused by shipping.
Shipping by registered mail:
The postage are calculated as the address, weight or quantity of items purchased will only be viewed before payment, you must register and login.
For information:
The postage (normal) minimum is 3,5 € for example. for a remote or items up to 100g.
The postage (in the destination charge) minimum is 9 € eg. for a remote or items up to 300g
Economic postage:
All items up to 2kg, with attention only pre-payment and delivery is by mail with registration.
